You Can Actually Be Happy

Guys, are you making a decent living but not really getting anywhere? Are you working a job you hate? Are there other areas of your life that seem to be lacking something? Would you like spend more time with your significant other or children? Would you like to truly be happy?

I want to personally guide you to living the life you actually want, not the life everybody else wants you to live. Is your corporate job, your nice house, and flashy car what you really want? If they are then you don’t need me. But, if you find that these things aren’t really making you happy, it’s time to make some changes.

At the age of 30, I decided to break free from the norm. As a result, I ended up doing things I never thought I would ever do. I went skinny dipping in Costa Rica with a beautiful woman, saw the hidden city in Machu Picchu, felt the presence of God just by experiencing the natural beauty of Zion National Park, and I lived in Guanajuato, Mexico, practically become one of the locals. More recently, I became a vagabond and hit the road in my van and did something I really never thought I would do, I became an author.

The most important thing here is through little hard work and a lot of simplification, I obtained the freedom to do whatever I wanted to do with my life. And, with that, came true happiness.

I am not saying you have to live the life I have lived. You may not want to travel the world and drink coffee in as many different cafes as possible. That’s what I want! What I am saying is, I can help you get what you want! Whether that’s doing mission work in Haiti, writing your novel, or building a tree house in the backyard with your children, I can help you get the freedom the do whatever it is you want.

How will I do it? 

The first things I want to address fall under two categories, your Health and your Wealth. If both of these things are on point, then we can move on to the next level. Chances are though, if you are coming to me for help, you are having trouble in one or both of them.


Ever get on a scale and see bad news? How did it affect the rest of your day? What if it showed a 5-pound loss? How did your day go then? When you look, feel, and perform better you have the confidence to look, feel, and perform better! Make sense? Your health is directly related to the rest of your life. It is the beginning of a huge snowball. Once you get it moving everything else in life jumps on board to go along for the ride. What we want to do is get it going in the RIGHT direction.

A few years ago I got out of one of the lowest times of my life, on accident. All I did was clean up my diet and as a result, I dropped 40 pounds. I looked, felt, and performed the best I ever had in my life. By the end of the year, I had brought my income up, taken a road trip to each coast, and my love life wasn’t too bad either.

They key to improving my life was, what I call, Getting Primitive. I have broken this down into two categories: Energy in and Energy out.

Energy In

Your body is a machine and how it runs is a direct result of the fuel you put in it. If you put crap gas in your car it is going to run like crap. The same goes for your body. So first thing we have to do is look at what you are putting into your body. We’ll eliminate the things that are doing the most harm and add some things that will improve how you operate. This is going to have a DRASTIC effect on your energy levels, cognitive function and body composition. If you are either over or under weight you WILL experience, what I call, a bodyweight correction.

Energy out

We will take a look at what you do as far as “exercise” goes. In most cases, I am going to tell you to stop. That’s right! Chances are, what you are currently doing is either damaging your body or increasing stress, probably both.

I am a firm believer that your body will do amazing things if it does what it is designed to do. You will hear me say this over and over again. Your body is designed to move naturally. Walking, climbing, crawling, jumping, are perfect ways to train and added weight is not necessary.

My goal here will be to get you familiar with movements that will benefit you the most and eliminate the ones that are doing you no good.


I am not going to teach you how to get rich and make a million dollars. I don’t have a million dollars, never have, so I can’t tell you how to get it. Besides, you might already have a million dollars. What I can teach you is how to live like you are rich with what you currently have. You would be surprised how much it actually cost to do the things I described above.

What I am going to do is cover two topics: How much you make and How much you spen

How much you make

Are you making enough? Do you make too much money to be as broke as you are? We’ll write out a budget and figure it out. If you need more income we’ll look into ways to see about making you some extra money. Chances are, your troubles are not coming from how much you make but rather, how much you spend.

How much you spend

This is actually more important. We will spend quite a bit of time on this. Again, a budget will come into play here. Once we have one, we will start eliminating things out of your life that just aren’t worth your time. I actually met a woman whose “dining out” expense for the previous month was $1,200!! Twelve hundred dollars!!! Can you imagine? If this woman cut that down to $200 a month, she would have enough for a sweet ass motorcycle in about four to six months. Ok, she probably doesn’t want to buy a motorcycle but you get my point. Then again, maybe you don’t. So here it is, it is not how much you make, it’s how much you spend. Get your spending under control and you’ll be free to live the life you want.

If you have debt it’s time to pay it off. I’ll teach you the process I learned from Dave Ramsey that got me out of $50,000 in debt in less than six months. There is no trick or scam, just a well laid out process that will get you focused so you can do what needs to be done to get out of debt.

Once your Health and Wealth are squared away (Hell, maybe they were before you found me.), you now have a foundation in which to build your life. That foundation is FREEDOM. You can now do whatever the hell you want. My suggestion is that you use your gift. That’s what the next steps are, find your gift and then give it to the world.
